PERPETUAL FUNDS (REGISTRATION) ACT, 1933 (FEES) ORDER, 1978.

I, DESMOND O'MALLEY, Minister for Industry, Commerce and Energy, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 15 of the Perpetual Funds (Registration) Act, 1933 (No. 22 of 1933), and the Industry and Commerce (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1977 ( S.I. No. 306 of 1977 ), hereby, with the consent of the Minister for Finance, order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Perpetual Funds (Registration) Act, 1933 (Fees) Order, 1978.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 14th day of April, 1978.

3. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

4. The fees to be paid to the Registrar of Friendly Societies pursuant to section 15 (2) of the Perpetual Funds (Registration) Act, 1933 (No. 22 of 1933), shall be the fees specified in the Schedule to this Order.

5. The Perpetual Funds (Registration) Act (Fees Regulations) Order, 1935 (S. R. & O., No. 247 of 1935), is hereby revoked.
