AN ACT TO MAKE FURTHER PROVISION IN RELATION TO INFORMATION GIVEN IN CONNECTION WITH GOODS, SERVICES, ACCOMMODATION OR FACILITIES, PROVIDED IN THE COURSE OF TRADE, TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE OFFICE OF DIRECTOR OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS, TO PROVIDE FOR THE POWERS AND FUNCTIONS OF THE OFFICE AND TO PROVIDE FOR RELATED MATTERS.
