ORGANISATION FOR ECONOMIC CO-OPERATION AND DEVELOPMENT (FINANCIAL SUPPORT FUND) (AGREEMENT) ACT, 1976 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1977.

I, SEOIRSE Ó COLLA, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 7 of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (Financial Support Fund) (Agreement) Act, 1976 (No. 21 of 1976), and after consultation with the Central Bank of Ireland, hereby make the following order:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (Financial Support Fund) (Agreement) Act, 1976 (Commencement) Order, 1977.

2. The 8th day of September, 1977, is hereby appointed as the day on which the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (Financial Support Fund) (Agreement) Act, 1976 (No. 21 of 1976), shall come into operation.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order appoints 8th September, 1977 as the date for the coming into operation of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (Financial Support Fund) (Agreement) Act, 1976 . The Act provides for the participation by Ireland in the Financial Support Fund established by the Agreement.
