THE WATER POLLUTION ADVISORY COUNCIL ORDER, 1977. | ||
The Minister for Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 2 of the Local Government (Water Pollution) Act, 1977 (No. 1 of 1977), hereby orders as follows:— 1. This Order may be cited as the Water Pollution Advisory Council Order, 1977. 2. (1) A body to be known as the Water Pollution Advisory Council, subsequently referred to as "the Council" in this Order, is hereby appointed. | ||
(2) The Council shall for the period expiring on the 30th day of June, 1980 consist of the persons named in the Schedule to this Order. | ||
(3) From the lst day of July, 1980 the Council shall consist of such number of persons appointed for such period as the Minister shall from time to time appoint. 3. The Chairman of the Council for the period expiring on 30th day of June, 1980 shall be Edward Bonner. | ||
