Amendment of section 22 of Act of 1956.

16.—Section 22 of the Act of 1956 is hereby amended by the substitution for subsection (2) of the following subsection—

“(2) If any person—

(a) fails to comply with any such requirement, or

(b) wilfully impedes a harbour master in the exercise of his functions under this section,

he shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on summary conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five hundred pounds or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding twelve months or to both such fine and such imprisonment.”
