JURY SUMMONS REGULATIONS, 1976.

I, PATRICK COONEY, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 12 of the Juries Act, 1976 (No. 4 of 1976), hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Jury Summons Regulations, 1976.

2. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 5th day of March, 1976.

3. The form set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby prescribed for the purposes of subsection (1) of section 12 of the Juries Act, 1976 (No. 4 of 1976).

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations prescribe a form of jury summons for the purposes of subsection (1) of section 12 of the Juries Act, 1976 .
