Expenses.

7.—(1) The expenses incurred in the administration of this Act shall, to such extent as may be sanctioned by the Minister, be paid out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas.

(2) Any contribution or other payment which falls to be paid by the Minister pursuant to a scheme under section 2 of this Act shall be paid by the Minister out of,

(a) in case the payment is to a person who held the office of Comptroller and Auditor General, the Central Fund, or

(b) in any other case, moneys provided by the Oireachtas.

(3) Any contribution or other payment which by virtue of this Act is received by the Minister shall be paid into or disposed of for the benefit of the Exchequer in accordance with directions of the Minister for Finance.
