REDUNDANCY PAYMENTS (WATERFORD PORT DOCKERS) REGULATIONS, 1975.

I, MICHAEL O'LEARY, Minister for Labour, in exercise of the power conferred on me by Section 35 of the Redundancy Payments Act, 1967 (No. 21 of 1967), hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Redundancy Payments (Waterford Port Dockers) Regulations, 1975.

2. For the purposes of the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 and 1971, Waterford Stevedores Limited shall be treated as the employer of all dockers working in the deep sea section of Waterford port.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 20th day of March, 1975.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
