MAXIMUM PRICES (INTOXICATING LIQUOR) (No. 2) ORDER, 1973.

I, JUSTIN KEATING, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 22A and 22C (inserted by the Prices (Amendment) Act, 1965 (No. 23 of 1965)), of the Prices Act, 1958 (No. 4 of 1958), as amended by the Prices (Amendment) Act, 1972 (No. 20 of 1972), and the Prices Stabilisation Order, 1973 ( S.I. No. 96 of 1973 ), hereby order as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Maximum Prices (Intoxicating Liquor) (No. 2) Order, 1973.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 18th day of May, 1973.

3. This Order shall apply to the area comprising the urban district of Longford in the county of Longford.

4. This Order shall not apply to intoxicating liquor sold in premises registered under the Tourist Traffic Acts, 1939 to 1970.

5. The maximum price at which intoxicating liquor mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule to this Order at any reference number may be sold in the manner specified in column (3) at that reference number is hereby fixed at the price mentioned in the said column (3) at that reference number.

This Order fixes the maximum prices at which certain types of intoxicating liquor may be sold in the urban district of Longford. The Order does not apply to intoxicating liquor sold in premises registered under the Tourist Traffic Acts, 1939 to 1970.
