NATIONAL COLLEGE OF ART AND DESIGN ACT, 1971 (ESTABLISHMENT DAY) ORDER, 1972.

I, PÁDRAIG FAULKNER, Minister for Education, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the National College of Art and Design Act, 1971 , (No. 28 of 1971), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the National College of Art and Design Act, 1971 (Establishment Day) Order, 1972.

2. This 1st day of May, 1972, is hereby appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of the National College of Art and Design Act, 1971 .
