Authorities to which Act applies.
|
2.—Each of the following shall, for the purposes of this Act, be an authority to which this Act applies:
|
|
| |
(a) a local authority for the purposes of the Local Government Acts, 1925 to 1968,
|
|
| |
(b) a health board.
|
