Payment of health contributions to Minister. |
8.—All sums paid into the Social Insurance Fund under section 6 of this Act and all sums collected under section 7 of this Act by the Collector-General or a health board shall be paid over to the Minister and all sums so paid over to the Minister shall be disposed of by him in accordance with regulations made by him with the consent of the Minister for Finance. |
