Catholic Chaplain.

22.—The Catholic Archbishop of Dublin for the time being may from time to time appoint, at the request of the Committee, a clergyman or clergymen of the Catholic Church to officiate as Chaplain in any of the burial grounds of the Committee and such Chaplain shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the said Archbishop and may be removed by him at any time.
