DUBLIN DISTRICT MILK BOARD (ELECTION DAY, 1967) ORDER, 1967 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1967.

I, NEIL T. BLANEY, Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (2) of Section 11 of the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Act, 1936 (No. 43 of 1936), as adapted by the Agriculture (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1965 ( S.I. No. 146 of 1965 ), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin District Milk Board (Election Day, 1967) Order, 1967 (Revocation) Order, 1967.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. The Dublin District Milk Board (Election Day, 1967) Order, 1967 ( S.I. No. 238 of 1967 ), is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order revokes the Dublin District Milk Board (Election Day, 1967) Order 1967 which appointed 14th December 1967 as the day for the election of ordinary members to the Dublin District Milk Board.
