LOCAL GOVERNMENT (SANITARY SERVICES) ACT, 1948 (SECTION 34) (PART OF COUNTY CORK) ORDER, 1966.

The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sub-section (2) of section 34 of the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948 (No. 3 of 1948) hereby orders as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948 (Section 34) (Part of County Cork) Order, 1966.

2. Section 34 of the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948 shall come into operation in that part of the sanitary district of the County Health District of South Cork consisting of the townlands of Lispatrick Lower, Garrylucas, Coolbane and Garrettstown on the seventh day after the date of this Order.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to bring Section 34 of the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948 into operation in the townlands of Lispatrick Lower, Garrylucas, Coolbane and Garrettstown in County Cork. The Section authorises the sanitary authority to grant to the occupier of land or with the consent of the occupier to a camping organisation a licence to use land, during a specified period of twelve months, for camping.
