WATERFORD HEALTH AUTHORITY AREA (REGISTRARS' DISTRICTS) ORDER, 1965.

I, PÁDRAIG Ó CINNÉIDE, an tArd-Chláraitheoir, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 18 of the Registration of Births and Deaths (Ireland) Act, 1863, and section 8 of the Registration of Marriages (Ireland) Act, 1863, hereby order as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Waterford Health Authority Area (Registrars' Districts) Order, 1965.

2. The boundaries of the Registrars' Districts of St. Mary's, Ballymacarbry, Kilsheelan No. 2, Rathgormuck and Seskinan shall be altered as follows:

(a) the townlands of Knockalisheen and Glendalough in the District Electoral Division of St. Mary's shall be transferred from St. Mary's Registrar's District to Ballymacarbry Registrar's District;

(b) the townlands of Knocknaree and Glennanore in the District Electoral Division of Gurteen shall be transferred from Kilsheelan No. 2 Registrar's District to Ballymacarbry Registrar's District;

(c) the townlands of Knockanaffrin, Carrigeen and Curraghduff in the District Electoral Division of Rathgormuck shall be transferred from Rathgormuck Registrar's District to Ballymacarbry Registrar's District;

(d) the District Electoral Division of Knockaunbrandaun which comprises the townlands of Carrigbrack, Coumnagappul, Kilkeany, Knockavannia, Shanballyanne, Knockaunbrandaun, Lyre West, Lyre East, Tooreen West, Tooreen East, Kilkeany Mountain, Knockavannia Mountain, Tooreen Mountain and Lyre Mountain shall be transferred from Seskinan Registrar's District to Ballymacarbry Registrar's District.

3. This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of February, 1965.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to vary the boundaries of the Registrars' Districts of St. Mary's Ballymacarbry, Kilsheelan No. 2, Rathgormuck and Seskinan to make the boundaries of the Districts co-terminous with the boundaries of these Dispensary Districts.
