COUNTY MAYO (REGISTRARS' DISTRICTS) ORDER, 1965.

I, PÁDRAIG Ó CINNÉIDE, an tArd-Chláraitheoir, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 18 of the Registration of Births and Deaths (Ireland) Act, 1863, and section 8 of the Registration of Marriages (Ireland) Act, 1863, hereby order as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the County Mayo (Registrars' Districts) Order, 1965.

2. The boundaries of the Registrars' Districts of Louisburgh and Westport shall be altered as follows:—

The townlands of Barnaderg, Cuilmore, Derryaun, Derryhawna, Derrylea, Derrymore, Drummin East, Drummin West, Glenlaur, Leenavesta, Lenanadurtaun, Muingatogher, Oughty, Pollanoughty, Shanvallybeg, Tawnyard and Tawnycrower (comprising the District Electoral Division of Drummin) and the townland of Tawnyslinnaun (in the District Electoral Division of Kilsallagh) shall cease to form part of the Registrar's District of Louisburgh and shall henceforth form part of the Registrar's District of Westport.

3. This Order shall come into operation on the 5th day of April, 1965.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to vary the boundaries of the Registrars' Districts in the County of Mayo by the transfer of the District Electoral Division of Drummin and the townland of Tawnyslinnaun (in the District Electoral Division of Kilsallagh) from Louisburgh Registrar's District to Westport Registrar's District.
