COUNTY MAYO (DISPENSARY DISTRICTS) ORDER, 1965.

The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (2) of section 51 of the Health Act, 1953 (No. 26 of 1953) hereby orders as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the County Mayo (Dispensary Districts) Order, 1965.

2. The division of County Mayo into dispensary districts shall be varied by:

(a) the abolition of the Islandeady Dispensary District and the addition of the area heretofore comprising the said Islandeady Dispensary District to Westport Dispensary District;

(b) the transfer of the District Electoral Division of Drummin and the townland of Tawnyslinnaun in the District Electoral Division of Kilsallagh from Louisburgh Dispensary District to Westport Dispensary District.

3. This Order shall come into operation on the fifth day of April, 1965.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The effect of this Order is to vary the division of County Mayo into dispensary districts by the addition to the Westport Dispensary District of the area heretofore comprising the Islandeady Dispensary District, and the transfer of the District Electoral Division of Drummin and the townland of Tawnyslinnaun from Louisburgh Dispensary District to Westport Dispensary District.
