CUSTOMS-FREE AIRPORT (EXTENSION OF LAWS) (No. 3) REGULATIONS, 1965.

I, ERSKINE H. CHILDERS, Minister for Transport and Power, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 13 of the Customs-free Airport Act, 1947 (No. 5 of 1947) (as amended by section 11 of the Customs-free Airport (Amendment) Act, 1958 (No. 29 of 1958) ) and the Transport, Fuel and Power (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1959 ( S.I. No. 125 of 1959 ), with the consent of the Minister for Finance, hereby make the following regulations :

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Customs-free Airport (Extension of Laws) (No. 3) Regulations, 1965.

2. The Exchange Control (No. 2) Regulations, 1965 ( S.I. No. 150 of 1965 ), shall extend to the Customs-free Airport.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations extend to the Customs-free Airport the Exchange Control (No. 2) Regulations, 1965 ( S.I. No. 150 of 1965 ).

The Exchange Control (No. 2) Regulations, 1965 appoint the First National City Bank to be an authorised dealer for the purposes of the Exchange Control Acts, 1954 to 1962.
