Amendment of section 13 of Land Act, 1939. |
39.— Section 13 of the Land Act, 1939 , is hereby amended by the insertion in subsection (1) after paragraph (d) (inserted by section 13 of the Land Act, 1953 ) of— | |
“and | ||
(e) any other moneys not mentioned in paragraph (a), (b), (c) or (d) of this subsection which are due and owing to the Land Commission by or on behalf of the former tenant or owner of the lands or rights so resumed, purchased or acquired in respect of the said lands or rights up to the date of the allocation of the purchase money or compensation as the case may be.” |
