VETERINARY SURGEONS (ANNUAL FEE IN RESPECT OF REGISTRATION) ORDER, 1964.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 28 of the Veterinary Surgeons Act, 1931 (No. 36 of 1931), hereby order as follows:

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Veterinary Surgeons (Annual Fee in respect of Registration) Order, 1964.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of April, 1964.

2. Four guineas is hereby appointed as the amount of the fee payable under section 28 of the Veterinary Surgeons Act, 1931 .

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to fix at four guineas the fee payable annually to the Veterinary Council of Ireland by registered veterinary surgeons.
