REGISTRATION OF BUSINESS NAMES ACT, 1963 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1964.

I, JOHN LYNCH, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 of the Registration of Business Names Act, 1963 (No. 30 of 1963), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Registration of Business Names Act, 1963 (Commencement) Order, 1964.

2. The 1st day of April, 1964, is hereby appointed as the day on which the Registration of Business Names Act, 1963 (No. 30 of 1963) shall come into operation.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order appoints the 1st day of April, 1964, as the day on which the Registration of Business Names Act, 1963 , shall come into operation.
