RIVER ERNE (SPECIAL LOCAL LICENCES) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1964.

I, BRIAN Ó LUINEACHÁIN, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Lands, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (6) of section 74 of the Fisheries (Consolidation) Act, 1959 (No. 14 of 1959), and the Fisheries (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1961 ( S.I. No. 258 of 1961 ), hereby, with the consent of the Minister for Finance, order as follows :

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the River Erne (Special Local Licences) (Amendment) Order, 1964.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 6th day of July, 1964.

2. Article 4 (inserted by the River Erne (Special Local Licences) (Amendment) Order, 1959 ( S.I. No. 89 of 1959 ) of the River Erne (Special Local Licences) Order, 1934 (S.R. & O., No. 178 of 1934), is hereby amended by the substitution in paragraph (1) of "£15" for "£5" (inserted by the River Erne (Special Local Licences) (Amendment) Order, 1963 ( S.I. No. 147 of 1963 )).

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order provides that the special local licence duty payable in respect of a draft net for use in the tidal waters of the River Erne shall be £15.
