Increased rates of further and married pensions for soldiers.

12.—A further pension (in the case of a non-commissioned officer or man) or a married pension (in the case of a soldier) shall be payable at the rate shown in column (2) of the Table to this section opposite the appropriate degree of disablement shown in column (1) of that Table, in substitution for the corresponding rate in respect of that degree of disablement specified in the seventh column of the First Schedule to the Act of 1923, as amended, the fifth column of the Second Schedule to the Act of 1927, as amended, and the third column of the table to subsection (6) of section 3 of the Act of 1943, as amended.
