SAINT STEPHEN'S GREEN (DUBLIN) ACT, 1877, ADAPTATION ORDER, 1962.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 12 of the Adaptation of Enactments Act, 1922 (No. 2 of 1922) (as adapted in consequence of the enactment of the Constitution), and section 5 of the Constitution (Consequential Provisions) Act, 1937 (No. 40 of 1937), hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Saint Stephen's Green (Dublin) Act, 1877, Adaptation Order, 1962.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. Section 16 of the Saint Stephen's Green (Dublin) Act, 1877 (40 and 41 Vic., c. cxxxiv), shall have effect as if, for "Chief Secretary or Under Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant", there were substituted "Minister for Finance".
