COUNTY KERRY (DISPENSARY DISTRICTS) (No. 2) ORDER, 1961.

The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (2) of section 51 of the Health Act, 1953 (No. 26 of 1953) hereby orders as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the County Kerry (Dispensary Districts) (No. 2) Order, 1961.

2. The division of County Kerry into dispensary districts shall be varied by the abolition of Kilgobban Dispensary District and the addition of the area heretofore comprising the said Kilgobban Dispensary District and described in the Schedule hereto, to Awenascale (Anascaul) Dispensary District.

3. This Order shall come into operation on the 30th day of December, nineteen hundred and sixty-one.

SCHEDULE.

Area to be added to Awenascale (Anascaul) Dispensary District.

(a) The townlands of Beheenagh, Cappaclogh East, Cappaclogh West, Commons, Cool, Curracullenagh, Gurraduff, Doonore North, Doonore South, Foilatrisnig, Glandine, Glanmore, Glannagalt, Kilteenbane, Maumnahaltora, Mountoven, Scrallaghbeg, Slieve East and Slieve West, comprising the District Electoral Division of Kilgobban.

(b) The townlands of Ballinknockane, Ballygarrett, Camp, Garrahies, Killelton, Knockglass Beg, Knockglass More and Tonakilly, comprising the District Electoral Division of Knockglass.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to vary the division of County Kerry into dispensary districts by the abolition of the Kilgobban dispensary district and the addition of the area heretofore comprising the Kilgobban dispensary district to the Awenascale (Anascaul) dispensary district.
