COUNTY WICKLOW (REGISTRARS' DISTRICTS) ORDER, 1961.

I, PÁDRAIG Ó CINNÉIDE, an tArd-Chláraitheoir, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 18 of the Registration of Births and Deaths (Ireland) Act, 1863, and section 8 of the Registration of Marriages (Ireland) Act, 1863, hereby order as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the County Wicklow (Registrars' Districts) Order, 1961.

2. The division of County Wicklow into Registrars' Districts shall be varied as follows:—

(i) The townlands of Kilbride, Ballywaltrin, Ballymorris and Springfield and those parts of the townlands of Killarney, Oldcourt and Bray Commons at present forming part of the Delgany Registrar's District, shall be detached from the Delgany Registrar's District and shall henceforth for m part of the Bray No. 1 Registrars' District.

(ii) The townland of Fassaroe shall be detached from the Delgany Registrar's District and shall henceforth form part of the Powerscourt Registrar's District.

3. This Order shall come into operation on the 2nd day of October, 1961.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to vary the boundaries of the registrars' districts in the County of Wicklow by transferring:—

(a) the townlands of Kilbride, Ballywaltrin, Ballymorris and Springfield and those parts of the townlands of Killarney, Oldcourt and Bray Commons at present forming part of the Delgany Registrar's District from Delgany Registrar's District to Bray No. 1 Registrar's District; and

(b) the townland of Fassaroe from Delgany Registrar's District to Powerscourt Registrar's District.
