INLAND POST AMENDMENT (No. 10) WARRANT, 1960.

I, SÉAMAS Ó RIAIN, Minister for Finance, on the representation of the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs as testified by his official seal affixed hereto, and in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 2, 12 and 82 of the Post Office Act, 1908, hereby order as follows :

1.—(1) This Warrant may be cited as the Inland Post Amendment (No. 10) Warrant, 1960.

(2) This Warrant shall come into operation on the twenty-eighth day of March, 1960.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Warrant.

3. In this Warrant " the Principal Warrant " means the Inland Post Warrant, 1939 ( S. R. & O. No. 202 of 1939 ).

4. This Warrant shall be construed as one with the Principal Warrant.

5. The First Schedule to the Principal Warrant is hereby amended by—

(a) the substitution for the entries numbered 1 and 7 therein of the entries in the First Schedule to this Warrant, and

(b) the deletion of the entry numbered 8 therein.

6. The Second Schedule to the Principal Warrant is hereby amended by the substitution for the entry numbered 2 therein of the entry in the Second Schedule to this Warrant.

The minimum dimension do not apply in relation to letters which bear a rectangular address label of cardboard or strong paper of which the two adjacent sides measure together not less than 6¼ ins. and the smaller side is not less than 1½ ins.

7. Parcel
