AIR-RAID PRECAUTIONS EQUIPMENT (IMPORTATION AND SALE) ORDER, 1940 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1960.

I, CAOIMHGHÍN Ó BEOLÁIN, Aire Cosanta, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 63 of the Air-Raid Precautions Act, 1939 (No. 21 of 1939), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Air-raid Precautions Equipment (Importation and Sale) Order, 1940 (Revocation) Order, 1960.

2. The Air-raid Precautions Equipment (Importation and Sale) Order, 1940 (S.R. and O., No. 54 of 1940), is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order is designed to remove the prohibition on the importation and sale, except under licence, of certain types of air-raid precautions equipment.
