GAME PRESERVATION (RECOGNITION OF COURSING CLUBS) ORDER, 1960.

I, MICHEÁL Ó MÓRÁIN, Minister for Lands, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 14 of the Game Preservation Act, 1930 (No. 11 of 1930) and the Game Preservation Act, 1930 (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1958 ( S.I. No. 186 of 1958 ), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Game Preservation (Recognition of Coursing Clubs) Order, 1960.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. The coursing clubs referred to in the Schedule to this Order, being affiliated to the organisation commonly called and known as the Irish Coursing Club, are hereby declared to be recognised coursing clubs for the purposes of Part I of the Game Preservation Act, 1930 .

4. The Game Preservation (Recognition of Coursing Clubs) Order, 1959 ( S.I. No. 198 of 1959 ), is hereby revoked.

This Order declares the coursing clubs named therein, being affiliated to the Irish Coursing Club, to be recognised coursing clubs for the purposes of Part I of the Game Preservations Act, 1930. This Order supersedes a similar Order made in 1959 ( S.I. No. 198 of 1959 ).
