LOCAL GOVERNMENT (SANITARY SERVICES) ACT, 1948 (SECTION 34) (PART OF COUNTY OF DONEGAL) ORDER, 1960.

The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sub-section (2) of section 34 of the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948 (No. 3 of 1948) hereby orders as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948 (Section 34) (Part of County of Donegal) Order, 1960.

2. On the seventh day after the date of this Order Section 34 of the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948 shall come into operation in that part of the sanitary district of the County Health District of Donegal consisting of the townlands of Rossnowlagh Upper (Crockahany), Rossnowlagh Lower, Ardeelan Upper and Ardeelan Lower in the district electoral division of Ballintra.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to bring section 34 of the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948 , into operation in the townlands mentioned in the Order in the district electoral division of Ballintra, County Donegal.
