LOCAL GOVERNMENT (SANITARY SERVICES) ACT, 1948 (SECTION 34) (PART OF URBAN DISTRICT OF YOUGHAL) ORDER, 1958.

The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (2) of section 34 of the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948 (No. 3 of 1948) hereby orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948 (Section 34) (Part of Urban District of Youghal) Order, 1958.

2. Section 34 of the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948 , shall come into operation in that part of the Urban District of Youghal consisting of the townland of Claycastle on the seventh day after the date of this Order.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The effect of this Order is to bring section 34 of the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948 , into operation in the townland of Claycastle in the Urban District of Youghal. Section 34 of that Act authorises a sanitary authority to grant to the occupier of land within that part of their sanitary district in which that section is in operation, or with the consent of such occupier to a camping organisation, a licence authorising the use during a specified period of twelve consecutive months of such land for camping.
