FERTILISERS, FEEDING STUFFS AND MINERAL MIXTURES ACT, 1955 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1957.

I, PATRICK SMITH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 16 of the Fertilisers, Feeding Stuffs and Mineral Mixtures Act, 1955 (No. 8 of 1955), hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Fertilisers, Feeding Stuffs and Mineral Mixtures Act, 1955 (Commencement) Order, 1957.

2. The 1st day of January, 1958, is hereby appointed as the day on which the Fertilisers, Feeding Stuffs and Mineral Mixtures Act, 1955 (No. 8 of 1955), shall come into operation.

Explanatory Note.

The Order brings the Fertilisers, Feeding Stuffs and Mineral Mixtures Act, 1955 (No. 8 of 1955) into operation on 1st January, 1958.
