WICKLOW COUNTY AND RATHDOWN PUBLIC ASSISTANCE DISTRICT (DISPENSARY DISTRICTS) ORDER, 1957.

The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (2) of section 51 of the Health Act, 1953 (No. 26 of 1953) hereby orders as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Wicklow County and Rathdown Public Assistance District (Dispensary Districts) Order, 1957.

2. The area added to the County of Wicklow by the Wicklow County (Extension of Boundary) Provisional Order, 1957, as confirmed by the Local Government Provisional Order Confirmation Act, 1957 shall be detached from Bray Number Two Dispensary District in Rathdown public assistance district and shall henceforth form part of Bray Number One Dispensary District in the County of Wicklow and the said dispensary districts shall be varied accordingly.

3. This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of November, 1957.

Explanatory Note.

The effect of this Order is to detach from Bray Number Two Dispensary District and add to Bray Number One Dispensary District the area added to County Wicklow by the Wicklow County (Extension of Boundary) Provisional Order, 1957. The Order comes into operation on 1st November, 1957.
