AN ACT TO GIVE EFFECT TO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A SCHOLARSHIP EXCHANGE SCHEME AND THE UTILISATION FOR THAT PURPOSE OF THE AMERICAN GRANT COUNTERPART SPECIAL ACCOUNT, AND TO PROVIDE FOR OTHER MATTERS CONNECTED WITH THE MATTERS AFORESAID. [12th December, 1957.]
