AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A BOARD TO BE KNOWN AS THE VOLUNTARY HEALTH INSURANCE BOARD, TO MAKE PROVISION FOR THE MAKING AND CARRYING OUT BY THAT BOARD OF SCHEMES OF VOLUNTARY HEALTH INSURANCE AND TO PROVIDE FOR MATTERS CONNECTED WITH THE MATTERS AFORESAID. [5th February, 1957.]
