NATIONAL MONUMENTS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1954 (APPOINTED DAY) ORDER, 1955.

I, GERARD SWEETMAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 15 (1) of the National Monuments (Amendment) Act, 1954 (No. 37 of 1954) hereby order as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the National Monuments (Amendment) Act, 1954 (Appointed Day) Order, 1955.

2. The 1st day of April, 1955, is hereby appointed to be the appointed day for the purposes of section 15 (1) (a) and (b) of the National Monuments (Amendment) Act, 1954 .
