LOCAL GOVERNMENT (SANITARY SERVICES) ACT, 1948 (SECTION 34) (COUNTY HEALTH DISTRICT OF WEXFORD) ORDER, 1955.

The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (2) of section 34 of the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948 , hereby orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948 (Section 34) (County Health District of Wexford) Order, 1955.

2. Section 34 of the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948 , shall come into operation in the County Health District of Wexford on the 1st day of December, 1955.
