CUSTOMS-FREE AIRPORT (EXTENSION OF LAWS) REGULATIONS, 1955.

I, WILLIAM NORTON, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 13 of the Customs-free Airport Act, 1947 (No. 5 of 1947), with the consent of the Minister for Finance, hereby make the following regulations :

1. These regulations may be cited as the Customs-free Airport (Extension of Laws) Regulations, 1955.

2. The Exchange Control Act, 1954 (No. 30 of 1954), except section 14 and subsection (1) of section 15, and the Exchange Control Regulations, 1955 ( S.I. No. 129 of 1955 ), shall extend to the Customs-free Airport.
