DEPARTMENT OF POSTS AND TELEGRAPHS. THE POST OFFICE SAVINGS BANK REGULATIONS, 1921 (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1955.

DATED THIS 10th DAY OF JUNE, 1955.

I, MICHAEL J. KEYES, Minister for Posts and Telegraphs, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Post Office Savings Bank Acts, 1861 to 1920, and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby, with the consent of the Minister for Finance, make the following regulations :—

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Post Office Savings Bank Regulations, 1921 (Amendment) Regulations, 1955.

(2) These Regulations shall come into operation on the 17th day of June, 1955.

2. The Post Office Savings Bank Regulations, 1921, are hereby amended as follows :

(a)" £50 " shall be substituted for " £20 " in Regulation 29.

(b) " £5 " shall be substituted for " £1 " in Regulation 45.
