REGISTRATION OF BIRTHS, DEATHS AND MARRIAGES (ALTERATION OF FEES) REGULATIONS, 1954.

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 9 of the Vital Statistics and Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act, 1952 (No. 8 of 1952), with the consent of the Minister for Finance, hereby makes the following Regulations :—

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages (Alteration of Fees) Regulations, 1954.

2. Paragraph (a) of Article 3 of the Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages (Alteration of Fees) Regulations, 1953 ( S.I. No. 214 of 1953 ) is hereby amended by the deletion of " four shillings and eleven pence " and the substitution therefor of " five shillings ".
