AN ACT TO REPEAL CERTAIN ENACTMENTS RELATING TO MORTMAIN. [9th December, 1954.]

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:—

Repeals.

1.—The enactments specified in the Schedule to this Act are hereby repealed to the extent mentioned in the third column of the said Schedule.

Short title.

2.—This Act may be cited as the Mortmain (Repeal of Enactments) Act, 1954.
