AN ACT TO MAKE PROVISION FOR GRANTING CERTAIN CONSULAR POWERS, PRIVILEGES AND IMMUNITIES TO COUNTRIES WITH WHICH CONSULAR CONVENTIONS ARE IN FORCE AND TO PROVIDE FOR OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO. [10th March, 1954.]
