WESTERN HEALTH INSTITUTIONS BOARD ORDER, 1953.

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 45 of the Health Act, 1953 (No. 26 of 1953), hereby orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Western Health Institutions Board Order, 1953.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of January, 1954.

3. The body established by Article 3 of the Western Health Institutions Committee Order, 1952 ( S.I. No. 194 of 1952 ), shall henceforth be known as the Western Health Institutions Board.

4. The provisions of the Health Acts, 1947 and 1953, and of the Regulations made thereunder which are specified in the Schedule to this Order shall, to the extent therein specified, apply to the Western Health Institutions Board.
