VOCATIONAL EDUCATION ACT, 1930 (REQUISITIONS FOR BIRTH CERTIFICATES) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1953.

I, SEÁN Ó MAOLÁIN, Minister for Education, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Vocational Education Act, 1930 (No. 29 of 1930), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby make the following regulations :—

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Vocational Education Act, 1930 (Requisitions for Birth Certificates) (Amendment) Regulations, 1953.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to these Regulations.

3. The Vocational Education Act, 1930 (Requisitions for Birth Certificates) Regulations, 1938 ( S. R. & O. No. 118 of 1938 ), are hereby amended by the substitution in the Schedule of " the fee fixed by the Minister for Health " for " a fee of sixpence. "
