CORK DISTRICT MILK BOARD (ELECTION DAY, 1953) ORDER, 1953.

I, THOMAS WALSH, Minister for Agriculture, in pursuance of subsection (2) of section II of the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Act, 1936 (No. 43 of 1936), and in exercise of the powers conferred on me by that subsection and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Cork District Milk Board (Election Day, 1953) Order, 1953.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. The 30th day of September, 1953, is hereby appointed to be an election day in respect of the Cork District Milk Board.
