EMERGENCY POWERS (NO. 117) ORDER, 1941 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1953.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946), hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers (No. 117) Order, 1941 (Revocation) Order, 1953.

2. The Emergency Powers (No. 117) Order, 1941 (S. R. & O. No. 450 of 1941), and the Emergency Powers (No. 117) Order, 1941 (Amendment) Order, 1941 (S. R. & O. No. 497 of 1941), are hereby revoked.
