SOCIAL WELFARE (EMPLOYMENT OF INCONSIDERABLE EXTENT) REGULATIONS, 1953.

The Minister for Social Welfare in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 3 and paragraph 6 of Part II of the First Schedule to the Social Welfare Act, 1952 (No. 11 of 1952), and of all other powers enabling him in this behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Social Welfare (Employment of Inconsiderable Extent) Regulations, 1953.

2. Employment, other than employment under a contract of apprenticeship, in any one or more employments (which apart from these Regulations would be insurable) from which employment or employments the earnings of the employed person are less in value than thirty shillings a week, is hereby specified as being employment of inconsiderable extent.
