AN ACT TO APPLY A CERTAIN SUM OUT OF THE CENTRAL FUND TO THE SERVICE OF THE YEAR ENDING ON THE THIRTY-FIRST DAY OF MARCH, ONE THOUSAND, NINE HUNDRED AND FIFTY-FOUR, TO APPROPRIATE TO THE PROPER SUPPLY SERVICES AND PURPOSES THE SUMS GRANTED BY THE CENTRAL FUND ACT, 1953, THE CENTRAL FUND (NO. 2) ACT, 1953, AND THIS ACT, AND TO MAKE CERTAIN PROVISION IN RELATION TO BORROWING. [2nd December, 1953.]
