FOYLE FISHERIES ACT, 1952 (PART III) (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1952.

WHEREAS it is enacted by section 10 of the Foyle Fisheries Act, 1952 (No. 5 of 1952), that the subsequent provisions of Part III of the Act shall come into operation on such day as the Minister for Agriculture, after consultation with the Ministry of Commerce for Northern Ireland, may by order appoint :

AND WHEREAS the Minister has duly consulted with the Ministry :

NOW, I, THOMAS WALSH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 10 of the Foyle Fisheries Act, 1952 , hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Foyle Fisheries Act, 1952 (Part III) (Commencement) Order, 1952.

2. The 1st day of April, 1952, is hereby appointed as the day on which sections 11 to 22 of the Foyle Fisheries Act, 1952 , shall come into operation.
